口臭治療に関連する学術研究・臨床研究についての発表演題を募集します。演題の採否、発表日時は大会長に一任ください。

演題登録期間

2024年2月15日(木)～5月30日(木）

応募資格

演者（発表者）は会員に限ります。ただし、共同演者は会員である必要はありません。

演題名	和文・英文の両方で登録してください (和文全角100文字以内、英文 30ワード以内)
発表者名	最大10名　必ず発表者を筆頭演者にしてください
所属機関	共同演者の所属機関も記載してください
抄録本文	最大1200字(全角)
図表掲載	図表の掲載はできません
発表形式	口頭発表のみ
発表時間	質疑応答も含め10分を予定しています

利益相反について Conflict of Interest

臨床研究に関するすべての発表においては、利益相反の有無にかかわらず開示する必要があります。発表ではひな形(pptx)に準じたスライドを呈した上で利益相反状態の有無を述べてください。開示する利益相反状態は抄録提出1年前から発表時までのものとします。

登録方法

⑴　本ホームページの演題登録テンプレートからテンプレートをダウンロードの上抄録を作成し、WordファイルとPDFファイルを5月30日24時までに下記のフォルダにアップロードしてください。（ファイルの名前にお名前と演題名を記載してください）
例：口臭太郎　　口臭と○○の関係

⑵　登録が完了すると、演題登録受領のメールが配信されます。メールが届かない場合は、メールアドレスの入力が間違っていることや、セキュリティ設定のため受信拒否と認識されている可能性がありますので、登録時のメールアドレスの再確認やドメイン指定受信の確認をお願いします。

We are soliciting presentation topics related to academic and clinical research on halitosis treatment. The selection and presentation schedule of abstracts will be at the discretion of the conference chair.

Abstract Submission Period

February 15, 2024 (Thursday) - May 30, 2024 (Thursday)

Eligibility

Presenters must be members. However, co-presenters do not need to be members.

Title of Presentation	Please register in both Japanese and English (Japanese: Within 100 full-width characters, English: Within 30 words)
Presenter Names	Up to 10 names, with the lead presenter listed first
Affiliated Institutions	Please also include the affiliated institutions of co-presenters
Abstract Text	Maximum 1200 characters (full-width)
Inclusion of Figures and Tables	Figures and tables cannot be included
Presentation Format	Oral presentation only
Presentation Time	Approximately 10 minutes, including Q&A

Conflict of Interest

All presentations on clinical research must disclose conflicts of interest, regardless of their existence. Please present slides following the template (pptx) and state whether there is a conflict of interest. The disclosed conflicts of interest should cover the period from one year before the abstract submission to the time of presentation.

Registration Method

⑴　Download the abstract registration template from the conference website, create an abstract, and upload both Word and PDF files to the folder below by May 30, 24:00. (Please include your name and the title of the presentation in the file name)

※We do not accept slide changes on-site. Please download the abstract registration template from the conference website, create an abstract, and send both Word and PDF files to the conference secretariat.(kokunaika@gmail.com)

⑵　Once registration is complete, a confirmation email for abstract registration receipt will be sent. If you do not receive the email, please double-check the email address you provided during registration and ensure that it is not recognized as spam due to security settings.
