参加方法
参加登録は、学術大会当日にも受付けますが、参加手続きの際に混雑が予想されます。会場の当日受付の簡素化を図る目的で、学会員の皆様におかれましては、事前登録にご協力くださいますよう、お願いいたします。
事前参加登録
事前参加登録は、本ホームページの下欄の事前参加登録フォームからのみ受付けいたします。必要事項を入力してください。参加登録が完了し、お支払いの確認がとれましたら、事務局からメールでマイページのログインが可能となる旨のご連絡をいたします。ログインできるまで数日間の遅れが生じております。何卒ご了承ください。

プログラム・抄録集は当日に受付にて配布いたします。また、6月中旬以降は 事前登録された方に限定して「MYページ」から 抄録集をダウンロードできます。プログラム・抄録集については参加費に含まれます。別途必要な方には受付にて1冊2,500円で販売いたします。 - 懇親会

服装について、本学会ではクールビズを推奨しています。ご参加の際は、ノーネクタイ軽装でお越しください。しかし、冷房下に座っている時間が長いこともありますので、その点には十分にご配慮ください。また、学会スタッフもクールビズに取り組みますので、ご理解の程、お願い申し上げます。 - 禁煙について
大学敷地内はすべて禁煙です。 - 発表内容の撮影・録音について
各種講演ならびに一般演題における発表内容の撮影・録音は固く禁止いたします。
ご注意の程、よろしくお願いします。 - 企業展示
企業展示会場は3階MOホール前のホワイエになります。各メーカーによる資機材展示を行います。 - クローク
クロークは1階奥になります。なお、貴重品はお預かりできませんので、各自で管理をお願いいたします。また、日にちをまたいでのお荷物のお預かりはできません。

呼び出しについて会期中の学会運営に関係のない呼び出しはできませんので、予めご了承ください。 - ランチョンセミナーについて
7月14日（日）は会場内にて弁当を用意します。ランチョンセミナーの申込み参加者で弁当を申し込まれた参加者は弁当代不要です。 - 飲食について
館内では原則として飲食は禁止しております。(1階南側ロビーは飲食可能）
例外として、ランチョンセミナー、ドリンクコーナーは許可を得ており飲食可能です。 - 7月13日（土）の昼食について
大阪大学吹田キャンパス内の食堂のほとんどは、土、日に営業していません。
大阪大学吹田キャンパスに入るまでに、途中の駅周辺などで早目の昼食をおとりください。 - 携帯電話の使用
場内では携帯電話を必ずマナーモードにしてください。またその他の電子機器（PC、タブレット等）についても、会場内では音声オフ、ディスプレイの明るさを落としてご使用ください。 - 駐車場について
キャンパス内の駐車場は1時間当たり500円かかります。公共交通機関やタクシーでご来場くださいますようお願いいたします。
How to Participate
While on-site registration will be available on the day of the conference, we anticipate congestion during the registration process. In order to streamline on-site registration, we kindly request cooperation from all society members to complete pre-registration.
Pre-registration
Pre-registration will be accepted only through the pre-registration form in the lower section of this website. Please fill in the required information. Your registration is completed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from the secretariat notifying you that login to your My Page is possible. Please note that there may be a delay of several days until you can log in. Your understanding is appreciated.

- Registration will be conducted at the 1st floor entrance hall of the Osaka University Suita Campus Convention Center.

The opening time is 9:00. If you arrive before 9:00, please wait outside the building. - For Pre-registered Participants
Please receive your participation certificate and program/abstract book at the registration desk. Please fill in your name and affiliation on the participation certificate and wear it inside the venue. Participation certificate holders are available in the registration lobby. - For On-site Registrants
Please receive your participation certificate and program/abstract book in exchange for cash at the registration desk. Please fill in your affiliation and name on the participation certificate and wear it inside the venue. Participation certificate holders are available in the registration lobby.
※We will not be able to accept membership procedures for the society on that day. If you have not yet joined the society, please join as a non-member. - Program/abstract books
Program/abstract books will be distributed at the registration desk on the day of the conference. Additionally, from mid-June onwards, they will be available for download from "My Page" for pre-registered participants only. Program/abstract books are included in the registration fee. Additional copies can be purchased at the registration desk for ¥2,500 each. - Social Gathering

General Assembly

Business casual attire is recommended for the event. Please attend without a tie. However, please be aware of spending a lot of time under air conditioning. We appreciate your understanding as the society staff will also observe business casual attire. - No Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited on the university premises. - Photography and Recording Policy Photography and recording of presentation in various lectures and general sessions are strictly prohibited.
Please follow the guidelines. - Corporate exhibition
The corporate exhibition venue will be in the foyer in front of the MO Hall on the 3rd floor. Each manufacturer will exhibit equipment and materials. - Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located on the 1st floor rear. Please note that valuables cannot be accepted, so please manage them on your own. Additionally, we cannot hold luggage overnight.

Paging unrelated to the management of the conference will not be permitted during the conference period. Thank you for your understanding. - Luncheon Seminar
On July 14th (Sunday), boxed lunches will be provided. - Food and Beverage
Policy Food and drink are generally prohibited within the building (except for the south side lobby on the 1st floor).
Exceptions include the luncheon seminar and drink corner, where food and drink are permitted with permission. - Regarding Lunch on July 13th (Saturday)
Most cafeterias on the Osaka University Suita Campus are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please have an early lunch at a nearby station or other locations before entering the Osaka University Suita Campus. - Mobile Phone Usage
Please ensure that your mobile phone is set to silent mode inside the venue. Additionally, for other electronic devices (PCs, tablets, etc.), please use them with the sound off and reduce the brightness of the display inside the venue.
