発表者の皆さまへ
1.データの作成について
1）データは「Microsoft PowerPoint（以下PowerPoint）」にて作成してください。
2）1演題の発表時間はトータル10分間です。その内訳は発表が8分間、質疑応答が2分間です。
大会の円滑な進行のため、発表時間を遵守していただきますようにご協力をお願いいたします。
3）事前にご提出いただいたデータによる発表となります。会場でのデータ変更はお受けできかねますので予めご了承ください。
万一のトラブルに備え、バックアップデータを USB フラッシュメモリまたは CD-R にてご持参ください（MO ／フロッピーディスクは不可）。
4）発表用コンピューターは主催者側で準備します。OSとアプリケーションは以下の通りです。

- 持ち込みのPCやタブレットによる発表はできませんので、ご了承ください。
5）データー表示における不具合を避けるために、下記にご留意ください。
- サイズはワイド（16：9）にしてください。
- 液晶プロジェクタの解析度は、XGA（1024×768ピクセル）です。
- 下記のOS標準フォントをお使いください。
日本語 MSゴシック、MS Pゴシック 英語 Arial、Arial Black,、Century、Century Gothic 記号表記の場合（推奨） Symbolなど - ご発表にあたり、発表者ツールはご使用いただけません。
PowerPointの初期設定では「発表者ツールが有効」になっています。
“スライドショー”の項目で”発表者ツールを使用する”のチェックを外してください。
6）利益相反（COI） ・利益相反に関して、下記形式のものを、タイトルスライドの次のスライドに挿入して発表してください。
- 利益相反がない場合は①の、利益相反がある場合は②の形式で発表してください。

2.データの事前提出について
運営の都合上、学会開催中のデータ受付はいたしかねますので、ご発表に使用するプレゼンテーションデータの事前提出をお願いいたします。データは2024年7月5日（金）までに、下記のフォルダにアップロードし、データを提出いただきますようお願いいたします。

ご提出いただいたデータは事務局で試写および動作確認を行い、不具合があった場合には、個別にご連絡をいたしますのでよろしくお願いいたします。提出いただく際のファイル名は、［演題番号_ 筆頭者氏名］としてください。

ご提出いただいた発表データは、終了後，運営側で責任を持って破棄いたします。
3 ）
ご提出を確認いたしましたら、大会事務局より受け取り完了のメールを後日送付します。メールが届かない場合は、メールアドレスの入力が間違っていることや、セキュリティ設定のため受信拒否と認識されている可能性がありますので、登録時のメールアドレスの再確認やドメイン指定受信の確認をお願いします。

3.発表について
発表会場の前方左手の「次演者席」に、発表時間の10分前までにご着席ください。
発表の操作は演台上にてご自身で行なってください。
口演発表は発表終了 1 分前に黄色ランプ、終了・超過時には赤色ランプを点灯してお知らせします。円滑な進行のため、時間厳守でお願いします。
座長の先生へ
座長の先生は、ご担当されるセッションの開始予定10分前までに発表会場の前方右側の「次座長席」にご着席ください。
各セッションの進行はお任せいたしますが、担当時間内に終了するようにお願いします。

1.Data Preparation
1）Please create your data using "Microsoft PowerPoint" (hereinafter referred to as PowerPoint)
2）The total presentation time for each topic is 10 minutes.This consists of an 8-minute presentation and presentation and a 2-minuteQ&A session.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the presentation time to ensure the smooth progress of the conference.
3）Your presentation will be based on the data submitted in advance. Please note that data changes at the venue will not be accepted.
To prepare for any unforeseen issues, please bring backup data on a USB flash drive or CD-R (MO/floppy disks are not accepted).
4）The presentation computer will be provided by the organizers. The OS and applications are as follows

- Please note that presentations using personal laptops or tablets are not permitted.
5）To avoid display issues, please consider the following
- Use a widescreen (16:9) format.
- The resolution of the LCD projector is XGA (1024×768 pixels).
- Use the following OS standard fonts
Japanese MS Gothic, MS PGothic English Arial、Arial Black,、Century、Century Gothic Symbol fonts for symbol notation (recommended) Symbol etc. - Presenter tools are not allowed during your presentation.
By default, the "Presenter Tools" feature is enabled in PowerPoint.
Please uncheck "Use Presenter View" under the "Slide Show" tab.
6）Conflict of Interest (COI) - Please present information regarding conflicts of interest in the following format by inserting it into the slide following the title slide.
- If you have no conflicts of interest, use format ①. If you have conflicts of interest, use format ② for your presentation.

2.Pre-submission of Data
Due to operational reasons, we cannot accept data submissions during the conference. Therefore, we kindly request that you submit your presentation data in advance. Please upload your data to the following folder by July 5, 2024 (Friday).

The organizers will be responsible for destroying the presentation data you submitted after the event ends.
3 ）
Once we have confirmed your submission, the event secretariat will send you a confirmation email at a later date. If you do not receive an email, the email address may have been entered incorrectly, or the email may have been rejected due to security settings, so please reconfirm the email address you entered during registration and confirm that you have specified domain reception. please.

3.About the announcement
Please take a seat at the ``次演者席'' on the left-hand front of the presentation venue, 10 minutes before the presentation time.
Please display your presentation on the podium yourself.
For oral presentations, a yellow lamp will be turned on one minute before the end of the presentation, and if the presentation is over or exceeded, a red lamp will be turned on to notify you.
To the chairperson
Chairpersons should be seated at the "次座長席" at the front right of the presentation venue at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the session they are in charge of.
We will leave the progress of each session up to you, but please make sure to finish within your assigned time.
