事前参加登録

登録に際しての注意事項

GmailやYahoo!メールなどでご登録される場合、事務局から配信される送信メールがプロモーションや迷惑メールボックスに振り分けられるケースが多いため、フリーメールアドレスはお勧めしません。

支払い完了後、数日たってもメールが届かない場合は、上記のメールボックスをご確認ください。

※メールアドレス、連絡先住所、連絡先電話番号宛に事務局から連絡する場合があります。普段から連絡が取れる情報をご記入ください。

参加費のお支払い確認が取れましたら、事務局が手入力で申込者の登録を行いメールでご連絡いたしますので、ログインできるまで数日間の遅れが生じる恐れがあります。何卒ご了承ください。

    Important Notes for Registration

    We do not recommend using free email addresses such as Gmail or Yahoo!Mail. When registering with email services that the confirmation email sent by the secretariat may be sorted to your promotions or spam folder.

    If you do not receive an email even after several days have passed since payment confirmation, please check the aforementioned mailboxes.

    ※Please note that the secretariat may contact you via email, postal address, or telephone number. Please provide contact information that is regularly accessible.

    After confirming receipt of payment, the secretariat will manually register the applicant and notify you by email. Please be aware that there may be a delay of several days until you can log in. Your understanding is appreciated.
